Sign Matt Cullen to trade him?
Fleury to the ducks who have enough talented and younger goalies already?
And on what Planet do we get Forsberg, Hertl and Krieder(all RFA's BTW not UFA's) for a combined 2.984 million?
go back to NHL 95 on sega because thats where some of these moves were actually possible

Wow talk like a jerk to a fellow Pens fan how nice of you guys. Has it ever occurred to you that I am still learning the rules of the NHL. And, if you think about it these trades they aren't actually that bad. So what planet are you guys living on.

Well the above had nothing to do with the rules of the NHL lol.. It had to do with market value, clearly you are deluded when it comes to that

When you make a trade, think to yourself "Would the team I'm trading this player to want him". Anaheim has Gibson and just made a trade for Bernier earlier this week. The would have 0 reason to take another goalie in Fleury.

Carolina would accept that trade in a heartbeat, but Lack is a average at best goalie and we could sign a backup of similar skill for much less and keep Fehr/Pouliot.

Also, when signing players, look at their point productions when choosing a number. Forsberg is putting up 50-60 points per season, no way will he sign for that cheap. Same with Hertl. In fact, you gave Stalberg, who is the least valuable of the three, more than either Forsberg or Hertl.
