Why would philly make that trade? A good dman and swapping 1st rd picks?

So... a dman you are slotting into your top pair for two 3rd liners and moving down in draft.

You’d be closer with drouin + your 1st for ghost.

1. just cause you slot him in a top pair doesnt make him a top pair dman

2. you are over valuing Ghost a **** TON if you think drouin and a 1st

3. you are undervaluing Shaw a **** TON, he is one of the most verstaile forwards in the game and can play on any line and position you need him too, played with toews in chicago and also played on the top line in MTL

4. You can call byron a 3rd liner if youd like but same thing with shaw where you can play him on a top line and not stand out and is a 20+ goal scorer

5. Philly would be lucky to get this deal as i doubt montreal would even want to part with both shaw and byron per the report that philly wants one of them + 2nd + b prospect for Ghost
