Remove the 1st round picks altogether and swap Tatar in for either one of Byron or Shaw, does that work? I think that'd make Philly pretty solid along with getting Hayes signed.

God this awful. Shaw+ for Ghost can be somewhat explained. This is like slapping Mcdavid to a Lucic for Eriksson deal.

God, It is so difficult to get the real value of any Gostisbehere deal and get the consensus of the community.

I would say a fair Ghost trade involving MTL would be Ghost for Gallagher 1 for 1. If you wan't to arrange other pieces, Ghost, Konecny and a later round pick/prospect for Gallagher and Petry. I would say that solved Flyers need for a top-4 RHD. I just don't like the idea of Ghost for Shaw, doesn't entice me much at all. He might be a good fit as a "Flyers" kind of player, but maybe those kinds of players are why this team hasn't been very good lol. I'd rather have skill and speed than this Broad Street Bullies BS

Gallagher would bee worth a lot more than ghost because he is on a very friendly contract! And ghost is not that good defensively! Anyway gallagher is goiing nowhere is the heart and soul of the canadiens! Ghost too montreal would be shaw and a decent prospect like josh brook or noah julsen and maybe a 2nd rounder or a late first not the 15 overall of this year. Ghost averages more points per 82 as a dman than Drouin. Everyone should stop pretending that ghost is only worth a 3rd liner and mid round pick. Yes, he had a bad year (only 37 points, which would have been 2nd on mtl for dmen).

Find another dman in his mid 20s with a 60pt season making less than 5 mil a year. When you find that player think about what you’d give up for him and start applying that to ghost.

Just too remind you a certain mark streit have add 60 pts season and wasnt a noris candidate! Ghost is a good but not great defender, he as a lot of offence instinct but he lack a lot in is zone!
