This actually looks really solid, realistic values on the trades. Not sure if heed doesn’t get a better offer but 1m as a place marker works. Really well done.

the only thing that this post has wrong is the term for Marner. $10 million is likely a 5 or 6 year contract, no 8

I don't know, unless Errazona is just looking to save a few bucks, I don't see them making that deal.

When healthy, which he should be to start the season, Demers still has value. Given the lack of quality RHD options out there, and how many teams are looking for one, you've gotta think that the Yotes could get back something for him if they moved him. Considering that it'll likely cost the Leafs a 2nd to get rid of Marleau in the first place, I don't see why the Yotes do this.
