Description

I recommend over paying for UFA's Donskoi and Dzingel.

Ryan Dzingel F 27 yo 4 years $4,334,866
Joonas Donskoi F 27 yo 3 years $2,847,521
If the Sabres could sign both, we would finally have a solid second line with Sheary on LW.
I do not recommend trading any of the members of the current team such as Reinhart, Montour, Ristolainen, Scandella as their value is very low due to the over all poor performance of the team.
I have not included trades involving Hunwick or Sobotka as it would take a genius to move them for assets.

Hire Mike Bales as GK coach.
Keep Tom Ward as the PK coach
Any suggestions for defensemen coach
