An Ideal Wings Offseason into 19-20

Description
Some peripheral moves to get assets using excess cap space. Interested to hear what others think of the true value of the pieces involved.

Used Raddysh instead of the TBL 1st rounder or Foote. They obviously need the cheap contract defenseman and the 1st adds to the pipeline which can help cap situations down the road so Raddysh seemed the most available spare part of the TB desired assets to take on Callahan. A 4th going back is incentive. Is Raddysh of more significance to TBL than this? Interested to know.

I used Marleau for my second move, but it's basically just to illustrate taking on another cap dump. For Marleau, due to his NMC I figured a buyout would be required to get him to Detroit. The fact that he's a 35+ contract and the whole cap-hit would still be on the books is actually a decent thing here. Because of this, there would be no cap hit next year (20-21) on the Wings books. Essentially getting the return for one year of having Marleau who should gladly waive the NMC as he would become a UFA and could go wherever he pleased for whatever amount. Only costs the Wings' org $416k actual cash to do this. Interested what Toronto fans' see as fair compensation for this. If I'm the Wings I want a solid forward or a expansion-draft exempt defenseman. Bracco would be great (of course) as the Wings need RH shots but I doubt they pay up that high so I used two picks for the compensation.

Would like to move Daley to make room for Cholowski but I can't think of a great destination for him after all of the injuries.

Ya there is no point in buying Marleau out just keep him on the team or trade him for something and retain cap.
