big over payment for gudas. toronto would never do it

I agree it's an overpayment, but it is an interesting thought to flip him to TOR and eat more of his cap.

If you're evaluating Brown as a 2nd, I doubt Toronto gives Bracco + 2nd + 3rd for Gudas.

Gudas is an overpaid 5-6 D, no team is going to overpay just because of the way he shoots...and that is a gross overpayment

i agree he is a good player. he gets good results defensively and would compliment rielly so well. he doesnt have the ability to move the puck though but he isnt that bad at it. I cant see them giving up bracco for him. bracco is a bit over rated and I could only see TOR giving up brown and a pick.

For his contract, role, Right Handness, and ability to play that role is why his price is at a premium

I get it, but he's a rental and you can't just go and spend a bunch of assets on rentals repeatedly. We need a longterm solution on RHD and Gudas ain't that.
