I think that's a high price to give up for NSH on top of having to take back the Callahan conract

If Nashville takes on the Callahan contract as well, then either remove Tolvanen -- or remove Smith and make the 1st two 2nds instead.

Trading Point is a bad idea for a lot of reasons, and I'm guessing you're just using this as more of a hypothetical.

We may as well keep Callahan, since his contract has only one year and we'd have enough cap space until it expires. Then I think the NSH trade is fair. I'm not sure if it really suits NSH's needs, but at least the return is pretty even (although maybe replace the 1st with a 2nd or something).

Good luck convincing Palat and Killorn to waive for Edmonton and Buffalo, though.
