Thoughts on trading Spurgeon and drafting his replacement

Description
I actually think during Fenton's retool that it would be a nifty idea to trade Spurgeon in the near future and draft one of the best PMD in the draft and who should be Spurgeon's replacement in the coming years - Soderstrom.

Let me know your thoughts.

*Note - Pay less attention to the lineup; I am more curious to hear about your thoughts regarding the Wild drafting Soderstrom.

I don't see them drafting yet another RHD. They just drafted Filip Johansson last year in first round, and he's also RHD. Also they have potential RHDs like Belpedio coming to the system.

What they should do is draft a forward that plays from the right side.

Not to mention that Spurgeon should fetch a higher price than that.

Wonder if the Minni could help Tampa in a different way. If Callahan agreed to waive to Minni...Minni takes his 5.8m cap, for a year Tampa trades Miller and his four years remaining at 5m for Spurgeon.

I wouldn’t trade Spurgeon for Miller straight up, so I definitely wouldn’t also take Callahan’s contract here. IMO, Tampa needs to add a 1st, or Stephens, or Foote.
