It's pretty simple math, when you have no effing wingers one of RNH or Draisaitl have to play the wing.
If they can add one top 6 winger then they might be okay this season, gonna need a real good backup though, it's imperative they get a good backup.. Lol
RNH is way too good to be a 3C and really its not wise to have $27M tied up in your top 3 centers, see the Leafs for an example of how it's not gonna work.
Nothing wrong with using one of RNH or Draisaitl on the wing as it allows a spare center in case of injury.
It just doesn't make sense to use RNH at 3C when the Oilers don't have very good wingers on any line, like really who's the 3rd line wingers on the Oilers that RNH is gonna be able to do anything with anyway, either he or Draisaitl needs to be a LW on one of the top 2 lines.
