I don't see why Blues would do this. Nothing good is coming back for Fabbri. I think if we do something it will be a package deal of Fabbri, and someone else to offload Steen.

Yeah, Fabbri has 0 value. People are hoping he could be what he used to be but has shown nothing, while St.L won the cup without him. Hes definitely not enough to offload Steen. Mantha is also a decent RHD prospect so thats also not true St.L gets no value, as well as Brind'Amour is a decent enough prospect too

Umm... if Fabbri has "0 value" why have you traded for him in a deal where he's the best player? He has value, and he played 10 playoff games on the way to the Cup. Mantha may never play again and little Brindy is a fringe prospect.

No deal.

Can't help but feel that they'd prefer giving up a 2nd and a B prospect...MB doesn't trade 1st rounders (nor does he acquire them...)

He played 10 games had a goal vs Dallas and was minus 4. The rest of the post season he was healthy scratched. Brind'Amour has just as much chance as making an impact on on the Blues as Fabbri does and is younger, the whole point of the trade is taking a flyer on Fabbri. Blues dont need him and I dont see a reason why theyd keep him on their roster with the players they have coming up. Blues fans way over value him.

Kings decline in a heartbeat. Yes the 1st is nice but that’s enough for clifford and to take back lucic’s contract (we already have lots of bad contracts) you would have to had more than the first and add a benson or something

Everyone know it typically takes a year after major knee surgery for a player to get back to his old self. That year is now up, and during these playoffs, Fabbri was finally starting to skate with authority again. And his old self has 20g, 30a potential, if not more. And we already know his old self can put up 15 pts. in 20 playoff games. And he played two games in the SCF, one of them quite well. People in STL value him accurately.

No deal.

Kings say no thanks. Now, we’ll take Lucic & his 4yrs at 6M, plus your 1st rounder this year, for Dion & his 2yrs at 5.25M plus our 2nd rounder this year.

if its for a bonafide top 4 young left shot D who can skate, i think he'll be more then willing to trade a 1st rd pick.

He hasnt ruled out playing and would not be the only NHLer with limited vision. I also meant decent in relativity to Fabbri

Lol thats why he was scratched mmk. Also the lack of top 6 opportunity wont help. Keep him, theyll just let him walk after another disappointing season anyway

Yeah... by the very deep Stanley Cup champions. Hardly a crime, dude. At least he can still see, right?

Fabbri has value to use as a guy we can use for depth, and 2 he isn't fully recovered from 2 ACL tears. So he is going to be looked at as a make or break year for us next year. You have literally nothing.
