Description
Honestly I'm not sure what big moves I can see the Flyers making now. I feel like if there was anything in the works for someone like Trouba, Fletcher would need to get his RFA's signed so he knows how much cap space he has left.

That's an overpayment for Trouba, Frost is a top 15 prospect IMO. I'd say a trade looks something like the 11th pick, ratcliff and Hagg

It's a gamble but everywhere he's been and every chance he's had he's excelled in. He really only needs to be marginally above average and it'll be a huge improvement for the Flyers over the past 2 or 3 seasons.

Rumor is a first and two prospects. There's also like 10 teams in on him so you have to outbid them if you want Trouba - it's not about what's a fair price, it's about how much you're willing to pay. The Flyers first is a bit higher than most but everyone will be offering at least one top prospect. Laughton is a good utility player who goes the other way for cap reasons.

I feel like Provorov, Sanheim and Konecny all get a little more money and after the Niskanen trade a Trouba trade becomes doubtful.

I agree to be honest. I think I'd much rather they sign Sanheim long term at around $5.5m and maybe something similar for Konecny. But that certainly rules out any major additions. However, that leaves the 3rd wing spot open which is probably fine as we have a lot of prospect forwards in the AHL but it also feels counter productive if you're trying to get Patrick going.

I like Frost, he’s good and shows great potential but he’s not a top 15 prospect. For a signed Trouba it looks like a pretty fair proposal although I could see an add from the Jets to balance it out

Actually u have a very fair point here, now that i think about it no matter where Trouba goes its gonna be an overpayment

as a flyers fan, i like this a lot, not thrilled on losing laughton but these are good moves. i just put one up called chucky two trades lmk what you think. ive been saying the same about sanheim and konecny since the season ended, lock em in on like 5x5s or something.
