It depends in many things... Are the team taking Connor in position to give up high end prospects and picks...and do they have cap space for him...

What would you like to get in exchange?

Why would jets even move him tho? I'd say Ehlers is the worst of the 3 young wingers. Connor is the best imo, not as good as peak laine, but way more consistent.

If he wanted out or had to be moved or something, I could see him getting an elite prospect, 1st/2nd, and a roster player

Laine is definitely the worst out of the 3.

Because we are talking about a serious cap crunch if the cap limit is at 81M. Connor will also get us the biggest return.

You never know, Ehlers had a pretty bad year by his standards also, and who knows how he will come back after having his foot blown up in the first round.

I would want a 5-15th OA pick, high prospect and cheap but decent roster player. Connor is only 22 but has had 2-30 goal seasons....He is a valuable player but im just worried that the Jets cant afford him unless he and Laine both get 2 year contracts

Well I technically could see something like this happening:

Vancouver Canucks
Kyle Connor

Winnipeg Jets
Sven Baertschi (50% salary retained)
Ben Hutton
Olli Juolevi
2019 1st round pick (VAN)

Would that suffice?
