Since when were 2C's making a million bucks, even with a discount?

Since Jumbo said he would take league min if it was what the Sharks needed. Bugger off.

You're 3 contracts short of a full roster, and you lose Simek and Heed next year.

Let Pavs go, man.

Sorry man. Dillon isnt going anywhere because of the EK65 connection and both Meier and Labanc are vastly overpaid. Both are RFAs, Meier just had his first productive season, so he hasnt proven he can reproduce yet, and he's open to a bridge deal. Expect his deal to come in around $5M per season. Labanc is primarily a PP specialist, which is fine, but you dont play a third line winger, second line winger money. Expect his deal in the 2.5 to 3.25 range.

Simek probably wont go anywhere in the next few years, he'll get a contract extension if he performs well this season. Heed is whatever. No reason to let Pavs go if the Sharks can find space for him.

What do you think of the possibility of letting Pavelski go, using his cap to sign another d-man, and moving Burns back to a top 6 RW spot? .. I know Burns is an incredible d-man, but he is aging and it could help solve some roster issues if you did
