    LOL. No way would you get that much for Jesse P from the ducks. The only realistic trade is the one with Tampa, the rest are a troll job.

    Or we could hang on to him the way that Colorado hung on to Duchene. I mean, JP's value can't really get any lower, can it?

    I mean.. even at his lowest value.. duchene was still capable of 45+ points and had put up 10 points in 14 games..

    I'm not comparing Duchene the player to Puljujarvi the player - that much should be fairly obvious. I was referencing Duchene's trade demand.

    JP is finally healthy, I don't see any reason to trade him now. What if he has 30 points by TDL? What happens to his trade value then?

    That's probably for the best anyhow. He needs more development time, and he won't get that in the AHL because he won't pass through waivers. If he tears it up in Europe it'll raise his trade value, seems like a win-win to me.
