The Kings do not accept.

I'm not saying the value isn't there, but the Kings are dangerously low at both top six wingers and RW prospects. If they're going to trade Toffoli, another top-six caliber winger needs to be coming back. Fleury looks to be a decent prospect, but the Kings can't be trading away one of their only wingers capable of scoring goals for a defensive prospect.

Change Fleury to Julien Gauthier and the Kings would accept. Otherwise the Kings need to keep Toffoli.

I don't agree with that. Kapanen is rights protected and price controlled for another 4 years. Faulk is a UFA next summer. I don't know that Carolina necessarily needs to add, but Toronto doesn't need to add either. An even swap would probably be fair.
