Description
In order to make the trades work I had to bridge Carlo and McAvoy. They now get their big boy deals when Krejci and Rask’s deals expire. I went with Vancouver for Backes in light of the Chiarelli to Canucks rumours yesterday. We all know Chia and Bennington would do this.

Debrusk was highly ineffective playing RW last year. Another square peg round hole move. No thanks. Good trades value wise though.

Kreider is overrated and neither him or Debrusk can really play RW, rather pursue a right hand shot

Then maybe Puljujarvi plays with Bergerchand and DeBrusk is on Coyle’s left with Heinen on the right.

Should be. But i have seen enough of them force feeding LW into a top 6 RW roll to think otherwise.

Hard pass from the rangers on that kreider deal. Rather hang on to him until July and see what happens when they can extend him in a deal.

What do you see as a fair return?

Bruins wouldn't move Frederic for Schenn with two years on his contract. Doubt he'd get moved for a rental.

That's the best they're going to get for him as a UFA

I like this a lot, I'd just put DeBrusk with Coyle to start the year and see if that works, could extend both next year and make that a 'pairing' for the future

If it’s two years for McAvoy cut that cap hit in half. He’s a group 1 rfa
