I still wouldn’t. Danault is good but he’s not a top 10 C. Letang is easily a top10 RHD. Juulsen is just a bottom pairing guy.

I really am against trading Letang especially the next season or two. But I think danault is the perfect 3c we need

Unless Letang likes playing on his offside and magically finds out his birth certificate is wrong and he's actually 27, I just don't see it happening. Plus your trading a francophone for another francophone. That is lateral move in the francophone player index. Sticking Out Tongue

Yeah but the value is off here, you'd need minimum another prospect or a 1st and and offload a bad contract.
Edmonton had to pay Taylor Hall to get a good top pairing RHD in Larsson

Lol Danault WAS 7th in Selke voting......I think after the top 3-4 in voting results, the rest are pretty pointless.

Juulsen has the potential for more... Just got unlucky two years in a row... broke a foot blocking a hard shot, then the bones under his rights eyes after blocking a shot twice with his face.

-> He will make a comeback this year.

Letang and Carlson are close. I’d give the edge to Carlson due to letangs injury history. He just can’t stay healthy

Yeah Selke lol, not overall best Center, Norris is overall best D.
Danault would'nt make the top 30 in centers

No I know but I was just showing how it doesn't really matter after the original nominees in most cases as they're generally just pity votes and friends of the player in the PHWA . Is Erik Karlsson the 15th best dman in the league by this logic?
