Description

OTT - Ceci is their whipping boy in need of a new contract. Can move the puck, plays on the right side. Should do well with Nurse.

WPG - Roslovic wants more icetime, Pulju & Laine are BFFs; 'Peg gets an extra 1st rounder next year.

VAN - Sweeteners in a Lucic - Eriksson swap? Need to include Juolevi to alleviate the difference. Not like he's breaking records for the Canucks anyway.. and he's further down their depth chart (below Hughes and Woo)

Toronto - In a serious cap crunch; cheap D-man going the other way. They cannot expect to keep Kapanen with what Marner is going to make. Word is they are keeping Marleau for some odd reason, so with that they need to get someone cheap.

VGK - they are SCREWED with the cap. $83.1m already and it looks like the cap is coming up short at $82m est; they still need to re-sign top6 C William Karlsson lmao

Just some scenarios that would not completely screw the Oilers out of a top4 (although mismanaged) drafted player.

EDM gives up way too much in TOR and VGK trades, WPG trade is also questionable.

EDM is giving up way to much for close to nothing, which would be a very EDM thing to do so I find all of these possible.

For the Jets, no. It would have to be a 1st for Roslovic. If we move a winger for a D man that opens a spot in the top 6 for him or Vesalainen.

Vesa + 20 oa for 8 oa and Pulj?
