I dont see how Subban can be done without Nylander Marner Matthews or Tavares

Created by: BCAPP

Description
So I am fairly safely (I would think) the Leafs are NOT trading Matthews/Tavares.

Only reason Marner isn't up there is he isn't signed, but they're gonna do whatever they can to sign him.

Nylander CAN be traded, BUT Dubas said he would not trade him FWIW.

I'd imagine he probably would if Toronto comes to him with a really nice offer. Seems like a lot of RD are now off the market... I guess there's still Carolina and we know Dubas and Waddell have been talking since Marleau was just traded.

I think hamilton would be okay. Wouldn’t want Faulk and they most likely aren’t moving pesce.

Sounds like Kappy has a deal, just waiting on marner
    3@3.2-3.4
I expected that would be 4 years AAV but that would be nit picking an otherwise fair deal

There may be more, clearly Carolina is willing to use their cap space as an advantage for the right place. Marleau will be bought out and signed in San Jose. This also adds 4m in real money. Maybe there is another deal to be struck to take cash back.

That seems fair. I usually had him on a 1-2 year deal at 2.85m. 3x3.2 seems in line with that 3.4 is a bit high but manageable.
