Hot take, this team is built for a playoff run. Still gets good production, grittier players (can match up with Boston better), better defense, and cap space for an eventual Keller, Foegele extension.

No chance any of those trades happen though

Matthews is bigger than that. I'd say the return has to be two young pieces, like Keller + Dvorak. Stepan is nearly 30 and not acceptable as a return, and Richardson would be traded for not much. Dvorak played with Marner so the line Dvorak-Tavares-Marner would be great. Then Keller on a second line with Nylander and Johnsson.
