You don't need to LTIR Ladd, since the team is not above the cap.
Move him to normal IR.

Also, Ho Sang for 1+ is way too much and I don't think he ever plays another minute for Isles -
Komarov move is unnecessary - keep him and he replaces Johnston on 4th line

Next biggest need for MTL would be LHD and one that helps the PP - Leddy does both.

Fair points. But you do realize that doing those two moves in your comments (with or without trading MDC) will in fact put us over the cap ....even if I shave 100,000 off of Ho-Sang (he isnt getting less than what he did last season)

If you do NOT do the Komarov trade, then you NEED to put Ladd on the LTIR or maybe bury him in the minors and that saves 1.25 aav.
If you DO the Komarov trade, then Ladd just simply goes on IR, no need to put him on there unless they need the space.
