I like all of your trades. I think the Calgary trade might need a little something extra, though, or maybe less the fifth.

I like this, but it's tough to give up Kadri for that one year of Hamonic.

Which is why i thought the draft pick needed to be on the Flames side. Also, could do a conditional pick to the Flames upon Hammonic resigning.

Yeah that makes sense, good call. In this situation you have Puljujarvi in the AHL?

yes I do, i must have forgot to sign the contract after the trade. I think Keefe could do wonders with him in the AHL.

Edmonton isnt taking on cap space to get C level prospects, especially long term deals like zaitzev. Calgary says no. They have Monahan and backlund and plenty of bottom 6 center depth

Backlund in this case would be demoted to 3C and Kadri would be your 2C. That gives you guys way better depth.

One of the few Leafs post.....ever that showed fair trades and the Leafs cap compliant. I'd prefer Nylander and Janowoski at centre....that would be solid and Korshov on the wing. Nylander would still have plenty of PP time.
littlejerryseinfeld mentioned the Oilers not wanting Zaitsev cap. He may be right, Getting rid of Zaitsev "cap free" to some team is almost imperative, but possible.

He'd have to clear waivers to be sent down at this point.

I don't see that Edmonton trade working out, not sure that's what they want.

I'm also not sure I want any of Pulajarvi either. You will have to give up more than that to get him and I am not sure he fits into this Leafs roster (do they really need another RW). Not to mention if he does really well they won't be able to afford him in 2 years. Sure you might get something for him, but it's a bit of a risk and without a first round pick for two years, I don't want to give up another high pick for him.

Could possibly flip him for something else in that case? I'd like to keep him though but Bracco is the better option as of now
