Description

VGK can only really use players on ELC. Johansen has top 3D upside. Had a tough season last year missing 2 months to injury so his numbers to reflect his ability. He's a fast, smooth skating 2 way defensemen that's NHL ready. Gersich was drafted by GMGM and is also NHL ready. Very fast with great offensive skill. Can jump into VGK's 3rd line now if they want.

VGK can't ask for a lot because everyone knows they are in cap hell and Guev is still a wild card. So this would be a good return for them.

Reportedly Gusev is asking for between $3-$4M.

I'm pretty sure Vrana is in the $4,500,000-$5,000,000 range.

For a long term deal then definitely. I would prefer a 7-8 year long deal at $5.25M, but on a 2-3 year deal no. Kapanen is a great comparable and he just signed for 3 years at $3.2M.

I think Vrana is significantly better than Kapanen. Kapanen plays with better centres on a deeper offensive team and plays more minutes.

Vrana plays with backstrom and Kuzy. Those are 2 of the best centers in the nhl? He’s also had 1 good year. He’ll sign for 3.25 -3.5

Haha backstrom stats rival JT and Matthews and Kuzy are both 80-90 point players. To sag they are below is simply silly. Look beyond regular season stats. and backstrom just won a cup. In the last 15!seasons kuzy scored the most points in a single playoffs. Come on man gtfoh with they are below them. Backstrom and Kuzy are right up there with the best in the league.
