I put Ceci at 3.225, I fig thats an amount the Leafs won't walk from.
I feel/hope Mikheyev will be able to play a large roll for us.

If Ceci signs for 1 year $3.225m, he needs to fire his agent because he already has a qualifying offer for $4.3m for 1 year... Leafs won't be able to walk away from it either if he elects to take it.

I believe he is planning for player elected arbitration but if he elects to sign the Q.O we just take off 1 of our spares
