Waiver wire, minor League, bench warmer are the words I'll place infront of this player.

He isn't even right handed, does Dubas even understand his team's weakness>?

The handed thing is now officially the stupidest comment in hockey having finally passed "he's good in the room"

Couldn’t make the Oilers or Kings (two of the worst defensive teams in the League) top-6, I don’t know what it would be saying we’re he to make the Leafs? I see him as a veteran with the kids in the AHL, where there’s a good crop of very young D-Men ripening for the future (Sandin, Hollowell, Duzczak, Liljegren, Rasanen). The Marlies lost Calder Cup winner and alternate captain RD Vinnie LoVerde to UFA do Gravel helps fill Vinnie’s skates (unless he’s brought back still).

I always thought he was better than Forbort who Kings actually protected in expansion draft... HE won Calder Trophy I think on Manchester playing RD for a left shot guy... So I guess this gives them some grit w/ depth but he is a pretty slow skater if remember right smile...
