Veteran - with 5y in Providence under is belt - to fill the net in Utica while the Canucks wait for the next round of Goalie prospects to filter up to the AHL. Thatcher Demko has proven himself and deserves a shot at big-time NHL minutes in his upcoming rookie season.

Only way this makes sense is if Bachman isnt healthy, even still they have Kielly and DiPietro who could play 1 more year in OHL as overager, otherwise one of them is playing in ECHL
