$700K isn't bad (easily buried) but I would rather have just brought someone up from Hershey.

I always really liked this guy, VEgas declined when traded him smile... CAnucks beat Islanders in a game this guy stepped up... He played on 2nd line for Kings w/ Jeff Carter a nice chunk of season but they didn't even tender him... SEemed really odd to me, he competes hard, is a bit undersized so maybe that is why... Capitals scored a nice player who I guess can try to replace Beagle who they let leave a while ago smile.
