Especially for Coga16 lol

Description
More of a 'dream team' kind of thing, and probably heavily biased to the Avs, Jost finally gets to play in the #2C slot he was drafted for (and Kamenev would also be another option) and a bit cheap on Rantanen and Zadorov's contract but stuff it......... and also just to annoy you Coga16 :P

Trades
1.
COL
  1. Drouin, Jonathan
  2. 2020 2nd round pick (CHI)
Additional Details:
Drouin is more of a gamble than Kadri but IF he started to show his true potential re-united with MacK.......damnnnnn! The second is there as Drouin is a gamble, and MTL has two and it fills a hole for the Avs.
MTL
  1. Kadri, Nazem
Additional Details:
Kadri has a NTC but was a MTL fan growing up so I'm just guessing he'd waive it to go there, and gives the Habs something they need.
2.
COL
  1. Cizikas, Casey
Additional Details:
A lot of people may question my 'love affair' with Cizikas. I just really think he suits the Avs style and centring Compher and Calvert would make that one of the most pesky lines possible.
NYI
  1. Barberio, Mark
  2. Nieto, Matt
Additional Details:
The Isles get some depth D cover and a decent middle/bottom 6 winger who can kill penalties and also add a little depth scoring.
3.
COL
  1. Anderson, Josh
Additional Details:
Anderson is a solid, physical forward who can score and help Landeskog protect the other smaller forwards. Can also help on both special teams.
CBJ
  1. Burakovsky, André [RFA Rights]
  2. 2021 2nd round pick (COL)
Additional Details:
Burakovsky gives the Blue Jackets a capable forward for a capable forward. The second fills a hole in a weak draft for the Jackets.
4.
COL
  1. Campbell, Jack
Additional Details:
Campbell could fight it out with Francouz for the #2G slot and between them give good, cheap cover to Grubauer.
LAK
  1. Kvaca, Petr [Reserve List]
  2. 2022 3rd round pick (COL)
Additional Details:
Decent return for a soon to be UFA goalie who may have found his game at last. Prospect goalie for the pipeline plus a reasonable pick.

Nor me. Most of the trades are pretty hypothetical and I'm probably biased to the Avs on values but that was my thinking as well as a bit of a 'dream team'......bloody awesome! cool Cheers!

CBJ likes Anderson better than the unpredictable Burakovsky. Gotta think Sakic didn't trade for Rosen unless he thought he was NHL capable.

I think the Habs trade is bad for Avs. The rest would be easily rejected. Sorry to burst your bubble. Nice team tho.

Yep Rosen is another possibility on the left instead of Graves. The only thing that might sway CBJ on the trade is the pick as well. I'd say the value is there but CBJ wouldn't do it.

Thanks on the last part. The trades are pretty heavily slanted to the Avs. Drouin trade is a huge gamble. The Anderson trade I think is fair value but I don't think CBJ would do it. I'm still unsure on Campbell and Cizikas's values. What are your thoughts? Be interested to know as they're ones I can't weigh up.

CC is nothing special, a bit overpaid, but still a solid bottom 6 center. Worth more than 2 guys that will sit in the press box.

Campbell was a top 10 goalie last year by all metrics. Looked like a giant bust til then. Not sure if i’m ready to trust him yet. But Quick is aging, injury prone, and statistically the worst goalie in the league with anyone with 10 games played last year. There was talk of moving Quick and making Campbell the guy. Did not happen...yet...but even if it doesn’t Campbell is a the insurance policy.

Yeah I had Campbell pegged for a future #1 then he seemed to lose his way. I hope for his sake he makes it finally. I wouldn't go as far as to say Nieto would sit in the press box, Barberio certainly, probably going to have to add a pick or prospect etc to that one.
