Likely go for one of Barrie, Muzzin, Spurgeon, Vatanen, Hamonic, Pietrangelo from UFA. Sign Dermott, Sandin and Liljegren make the jump to the NHL. Top 6 of Rielly-UFA, Dermott-Liljegren, Sandin-1.5m UFA. forward group basically stays the same.
8.5 on top UFA D + 1.5 on bottom pair D costs the leafs pretty much the same as Ceci, Muzzin and Barrie right now.
