Because they get a legit NHL winger and dump 2 useless contracts if the Oilers are gonna dump Manning which they should it will take at least a 3rd alone that would be a great trade for them to be honest coming from an Oilers fan

Love that boedker trade for both sides. OTT doesn’t have space on the roster so taking manning would be ideal as I think they need to take salary back in a boedker trade. I don’t know about adding brodziak to that deal but whatever makes edm do it. I would rather have a late picks. All the while edm gets a middle six winger for about 1M more
