Description

After splurging in FA 2019, NYR only have $8m to sign Trouba, DeAngelo, Buchnevich, and Lemieux.

Rangers need to shed salary, Namestnikov is pretty much a rental @ $4m.
Real piece in the deal is Strome, should never have let that guy go.

Pulju gets a fresh start, Gagner in to make the money work.

NYR get's a 1st and a 5th(3rd) for their trouble.

We love that from a NYR side, but it’s unlikely this plane leaves the hangar. Only saves us 2m in cap space, not enough to sign the rfa’s though.

Rangers do this all day - would prob still have to move Kreider in another deal especially since this would give us another RFA to sign
