most of the players are offered more then the teams would like to pay them but also trying to stay just under what next level of offer sheet compensation is. i would say Zadorov, Fabbri and Labanc are most likely to not be matched for different reasons. Labanc is best fit for sabers current roster as its lacking nhl level depth on RW.

i would be fine with that as then buffalo just made every team overpay a player while keeping cap space for themselves. excluding copp and Labanc on the overpay as there teams just have 0 wiggle room.
