why in the world would Anaheim accept this?

swapping 1 for 1?

sure lets trade a younger, cheaper, better player who can play multiple positions for an older, more expensive, worse player, who has had off ice issues and who can only play one position...?????? wtf

Rakell > Kane

Both as a player and when considering their contracts.

Aside from the fact that this trade is about a first-round pick off, what are the chances that any of Kane's three teams he can be traded to is outside a no-income-tax state?
