You can offer sheet Marner for sure, but if you did succeed, you’d be in cap hell in a couple years and then before you know it, Dahlin is getting offersheeted

Rodriguez doesn't sign 5x1
Ullmark doesn't sign 4x1

NJ doesn't need Scandella
Win doesn't have cap room for Ristolainen and Sheary. And if they did would never give up a 1st, 2nd and 4th for them...

Nope. Marner has to be willing to sign.

Won't get Erod for that money and term. Same with Ullmark.

Winnipeg can't and won't take on that kind of $ and it's an overpay by them in terms of assets.

Any Scandella deal would need retention and I can't see the Devils doing it.

So...no chance.
