now this actually has logic to it all.. well done!

only thing to change is that Clutterbuck and Ladd won't be on LTIR, they'll be on regular IR and still count towards the cap. IR and LTIR are the same reserve list, it's just a players cap hit counts towards the cap when injured long term until the team reaches the upper limit. So since you have the team with $12,402,501M in cap space they'll count towards it. Once you reach the upper limit with them, they can be placed on LTIR and the team can exceed the upper limit of the cap but however much is on LTIR
