I still think he can be a 20 goal scorer in this league but needs a center who can drive play and will need top PP time. He has a lethal shot and skills are high but never plays with intensity and looks like he doesn’t want to be there. If he gets his mindset right he will turn himself around.

Horrible horrible return. If we thought joki wasnt going to get the minutes he needed to develop here and had to move him we could have gotten a MUCH better return.

This should have been Nylander and a first for Jokiharju. Trade freaking Gustafsson! This trade is absolute trash. Nylander sucks. I can't believe this. I literally feel like I'm gonna vomit.

IT IS THAT BAD. Honestly, no joke. This is the worst trade Bowman's made. I can at least understand Bickell/Sharp because of the cap ceiling. Those are costs to winning a cup. I can also admit that his previous worst being Danault and a 2nd for Fleischmann and Weise...because they were in win now mode and trying to win a cup. Additionally, I can even understand Kimmo Timmonen for (2) 2nds...despit only playing 4 minutes during the cup finals because it was trying to win a cup. Lastly, I even get Artemi for Saad and Forsberg because Forsberg just won the Calder Cup and Saad was a CHI proven commodity that had longer term. I can't explain this. There is no explanation for this bad of a return and letting this 19 year old Top 4 Dman go.
