Not sure I'm on board with the Sissons trade. A young defensemen with over 200 NHL games and positive stats on a defensively terrible team for a good third line player alone would be a bad trade. On top of that you've added half of Bakersfields top pairing and a draft pick. Sissons would be nice but not at that price.
