Stephenson for Goldobin might make sense, I think, if each can sign at a price where a new team can use them. Cap space is short on both sides, but maybe a change of scenes causes a change of expectations or makes it easier to settle on a deal?

I'm not sure the Caps are after Biega right now. Their defense should be pretty set, once Djoos signs. But experienced right-shot defensemen always have some value.
