Probably could replace him with Brassard or Alexis Lafreniere
Yes Brassard has actually had a pretty similar career to Stastny when it comes of offensive production. Obviously Stastny has the better all round game whereas Brassard has the bigger raw talent. Here is my all time Canada Line Up. What’d you think of my selections? https://www.capfriendly.com/armchair-gm/team/1317683
He might be on LTIR this season so I opted for a more healthy goalie. At 100% health I'd take him over Bernier for sure!

Jeez that's a stacked lineup. Agreed on your point about McDavid he's too young to make it yet. Maybe add Mahovlich.

Thanks for the suggestion, Mahovlich was a real stud, but so was Lindsey and he didn’t even make the team! There are so many top class Canadian players to choose from. I am planning to make the USA team next.
However who do you think I should use as fourth line centre, Auston Matthews or Neal Broten?

AM is probably the better player when all is said and done but I'd have to give it to Broten. NCAA champion. Olympic gold medalist. Hobey Baker Memorial Award winner. Stanley Cup champion. Can't argue against those awards.

That’s true. What about Phil Kessel and John Leclair, who was better?
