That Ceci trade is hilarious

Also If you could swap Bouchard for a lower value D, maybe I see EDM doing that.

Hilarious? May I ask why?

Also Bouchard should be included in any deal sending Marner to Edmonton. Without a doubt.

Boldest trade I've seen yet!
Gotta say it looks fair, both ways.
Gotta say, ED would be crazy not 2.
Just won't pay his price.
Good player, NO franchise player.
Well done..-~

I'd rather we just keep Ceci to be honest. You can look at all the Corsi stats you want about him, but he's played against the toughest competition with D partners such as Dion Phaneuf on a bad team. He'll have a much different role on the Leafs roster with the likes of Rielly. Muzzin and Barrie eating up the most minutes.

Trades are fun. But the moment I see Hyman at the top left I want to snap my phone in half.

Even my dad loves the guy... but Leaf fans love these players playing out of their depth (Reimer, Bozak, Polak, Brent, Hyman...) with better players playing beneath them while their linemates ignore them, dancing around the offensive zone looking for anyone not playing with a two by four in their hands, to dish the puck off to.

Johnsson passed him, Moore will too, and if this Russian kid is as good as they say, Hyman is the new Brown on the 4th line.

That VAN trade is bad for Vancouver.. which is exactly why Benning does it. Very realistic!

I know we don't often see eye to eye, but I was thinking the same thing. Every time Benning is interviewed, he just seems like he has no idea what he's talking about or how he even got to where he was. He reminds me of Captain CJ from Brooklyn 99, the guy who some how got promoted to a job he is hopelessly under qualified and just goes with the flow hoping no one notices.

Cody Ceci is the exact kind of player that I think Benning would want
