I think Gambrell will end up being a mainstay on the roster throughout the season, 700k for a very young and talented player is good in my books. Good signing.

One prospect-rating service I pay attention to says Gambrell is their best prospect. For a team with cap problems, $700 is an absolute Godsend. Labanc for $1M and Gambrell for $700? Is it the water?

I think Alexander True is their best prospect

For the record, Dobber has True behind not only Gambrell but Jonathan Dahlen, Alex Chmelevski, Maxim Letunov and four other guys.

Could be because True lacks the pedigree. Very strong AHL numbers as a 21-year old with unfavorable deployment.

I like Sharks are trying to win for final time since franchise started smile. I'll be glad to wait for them to make a move instead of signing somebody for too much or making a bad trade. I have lost hope on them ever winning a Cup though. Yet they should be a lock to get in playoffs or win Pacific, then again they are not called Shanks for nothing wink. If they ever do get that Cup it will be a lot tougher on Kings until they bring up the 3-0 thing wink. I'm hoping this year Karlsson can score maybe 4 or 5 goals to build on his total from last season smile... IF not maybe some 700K guys they sign can chip in 4 or more goals smile...
