only fair trade is Gallagher trade. sure Tatar and Petry are good but that is a BOAT load of picks. I get you're taking back Turris but still. also Byron isn't worth a first, especially to NYI

I'm also retaining 50% on Tatar and Petry. They're going for it, so those 2 late 1sts and those late 2nds might be worth it. Also the direction NYI is heading that 2021 will most probably be a late pick. NYI might feel it's worth it in order to land one of the top short handed goal scorers in the league. He's a breakway machine. IMO he's a Trotz type of player.

Nashville doesn’t need Petry tho. They have fabbro coming up. That just complicates things for the expansion draft.
Byron is good but he’s probably not even worth as much as Shaw. I think a 2nd and 4th for Byron is a fair trade

I know Fabbro will be a stud, but I can't say he's better than Petry yet. As for the expansion draft I don't think it changes anything. Petry's and Tatars contract expire that same summer as the E.draft. IYO how does it compicate the E. Draft?

Petry is better right now obviously but Fabbro needs to play top 4 minutes to develop and Petry on the bottom pairing is a waste. I didn’t know that Petry and Tatar both expire before expansion draft. I just don’t see Nashville interested in Petry. They just traded a RHD to make room for fabbro + cap space. Can’t see them acquiring one anytime soon.
