Wow, 3 years for seems a bit long for an unproven junior player. Should've offered him a 1 year deal

I am confused as to why anybody voted no. Every 1st overall pick ever in the history of the salary cap (or this CBA I'm not sure) has received this exact contract. It's going to be a 90 point player by year 3 making at max 3.775. Kakko had people vote no as well when he could max make 3.555. He could be just as good as Hughes if not better.

Wow people giving this guy a rough time in voting wink? I could see Jack Hughes being a huge bust but... Its like do they have many options on the type of contract they can even give him in first place? Either way its like what were Devils not going to sign him after taking him 1st overall for having 2 1st overall picks in 3 years wink? Was Hall on Oilers for all 4 of their 1st round picks wink? That would mean Hall was on a team that got 6 first rounders in like 10 years haha smile. I would have taken Kakko if I was Devils but I'm not wink...
