It was obvious to me after his college career ended and he failed to sign with the Maple Leafs that he had somewhere else in mind. It will be interesting to follow his career (and Adam Fox's).

Hmmm.... sign with the reigning cup champs or with Boston's annual punching bag. Tough call.

i mean, both options are better than signing with the league's daily punching bag: the ottawa senators.

See when nobody expects anything from you, there's nobody to disappoint. The Leafs are allegedly supposed to be good.

We won't be bad forever. Melnyk is 60, and the way he drinks, he can't have more than 15 years left. Plus he's nearly out of money. The sens will one day be good.

Four of the top 60 picks in each of the next two years = Ottawa is in the Stanley Cup Finals in 2024, if not sooner.

I think this is a weird move for Armstrong. Doesn't really pull stuff like this out of his ass, but I guess they had Scouts looking at him. He is probably a decent player, but not NHL Transition level good. Probably a Depth scoring piece for AHL. Until you look at his contract, and that it's for more than what Fabbri signed for then you start thinking....

Don’t assume he won’t be a productive pro. Was a really important piece for Ohio State all 4 years. Big body, plays hard, really good in front of the net
