88 is my guess. Believe next season its a minimal raise but the expectation is that the cap rises after that, assuming theres no pending lockout

There has to be a bigger jump during expansion draft year

If i try to base it on some logic ( with progression of following years ) i would say :

2015 / 2016 = 71,4M

2016 / 2017 = 73M ............1,6M.....regular

21 Jun 2017 EXPANSION DRAFT

2017 / 2018 = 75M.............2M......regular ( i think they screw it here so they are compensationg next year )

2018 / 2019 = 79,5M............4M.....delayed Expansion draft rise

2019 / 2020 = 81,5M.............2M.....regular

2020 / 2021 = 84M...............2,5M.....regular

June 2021 EXPANSION DRAFT

2021 / 2022 = 89M.................5M............Expansion draft (not doing same mistake as at first one )

I think the jump will come after the CBA and TV deals are finalized

The league won't be seeing any big bump till the following season after Seattle joins the league. And even then Seattle is just one team, it's revenues are split among the 31 other teams and only 50% goes to players salaries.
81.5m. this 2019/20. 83.5m in 2020/21, 86.5m in 2021/22. the maybe a big of the Seattle bump like Vegas to 91m in 22/23, 94m in 23/24. So much depends on the Canadian $$$ rates. Even the projected US TV might just raise the figure I gave by just 1m or 1.5m at most.
