Yes, looking at the roster, I don't see any big salaries coming off the books for next season but I do see many ELC RFA contracts ending. The Marner offer sheet is just a smoke screen the Marner camp is fanning to get more money from Dubas. Which I think everybody is missing the point, Marner's camp likes to bring up that Marner has outpoint Matthews and thus deserves equal or better money but Matthews has a better PPG average and scores twice the amount of goals. Marner should have taken the 8 year 80 million contract Dubas offered. There will be no offer sheet to save him.

Yup. That's why when I make trades I look at the other teams wants and needs and make sure they line up otherwise I keep looking.
