WTF !!!!!!!!!!! Romanov could have played last year in the NHL, but he have a contract with CSKA Moskva to 2019-2020. He will jump in the NHL right after, he's NHL ready. Emelin wtf, Romanov have top pairing potential, dont compared him to Emelin. The only comparison we can make is they both hit hard.

Yes - he has more talent for sure. No question about that.

This year he will put up good numbers + decent playoff numbers.
Next year he will as well and will be a #1D (numbers decline again).
Habs in the subsequent year.

Same trajectory as Emelin.
