He was bad because everyone else was bad which made hak overplay him and it burnt him out pretty early

Slight downgrade defensively but 50 games from Carter Hart and adding Kevin Hayes should see them in at least the 3 seed in the metro

I couldn’t disagree more about the defensive changes, from opening night last season we are replacing MacDonald, Gudas, and Hagg with Niskanen, Braun, and Myers. I would argue all 3 of our new additions are better than all 3 of the others

As DH28Hockey said the defense should be significantly improved this year. Provorov/Ghost should bounce back with some more stable and veteran teammates, Myers/Sanheim should improve with more experience and Niskanen/Braun bring some much needed leadership to the core. Hagg/Morin will be there in case injuries occur as well.
