As a rangers fan that’s a hard pass on Kreider. Could get more that at deadline than that for sure.

That team looks great for 1 year then the year after looks ugly.

Smith, granlund, Josi, kreider, Hoffman all ufas. On the plus side, you didn’t gut the depth so if they re-signed Josi plus the two best performers of the forward group they’d probably look good the next season too just not as deep

I think the money is there to do just that - probably Granlund/Kreider. And then if they move Turris at any point, that's another $6m
